HOW TO ORDER
If you agree to these terms you may use our secure electronic order form on this web site. You may

PAYMENT
1. Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
2. Cash with order: Cashier's Check or Money Order including estimated shipping charges. A credit
for excess payment will be issued.
3. C.O.D. / UPS: Cashier's Check or Money Order is collected by the UPS
driver. Non-certified checks are not accepted. NOTE: Surplus Sales does not have a U.S.
Mail C.O.D. program. There is a $9.00 C.O.D. handling charge
plus the shipping charge. In the event that your parcel is returned to Surplus Sales as "undeliverable",
future C.O.D. orders will not be accepted from you. Refused or unclaimed orders will be
subject to a 20% restocking
charge and shipping costs. Reshipments will require
full payment of past shipping charges plus current charges.
4. Checks, Personal, Business, Organizational: Checks must be imprinted and have your current
address, not a P.O. Box. Please include your current valid driver's license number and state where
it was issued. Returned checks will be charged a $20 Fee. Your telephone number must also be on the
check. All blanks must properly be filled in. Any deviation from these guidelines will result in the
return of your check for corrections, causing a delay of 15 days or more. Please allow 10 business
days for check processing before order is shipped.
5. Wire Transfer: To transfer funds from your bank to our bank here in Omaha, please contact
us for simple instructions. A $25 charge is made on all wire transfers.

SEMI-CONDUCTORS
All semi-conductors are new and sold AS-IS. All sales final.
RETURNS
Surplus Sales does not accept the return of any merchandise without previous authorization.
Some electronic parts may not be returnable under any circumstances if we cannot verify
they are in the same, new condition as when they were shipped. Others may have a 15 day
return window. You must obtain a return authorization number from Surplus
Sales prior to return
if a
return is granted. This number must appear on the package near the mailing label. If
the number is not clearly identified when the package arrives, it will be refused. Returns
are not accepted on a C.O.D. basis. We recommend for your protection, that all parcels
be insured. All merchandise returned under our authorization is subject to a 20% restock
fee and must be in the original condition as shipped. New or copied manuals, wire cut
to your order, hardline connectors, sweep tubes, semi-conductors or any installed electronic
parts, any parts removed from factory / military sealed and packaged containers are not
returnable under any circumstances. If you do
not understand any part of this policy or want to inquire whether the parts you are purchasing
qualify for return, please contact Customer Service. Surplus Sales does not agree to
blanket terms set forth in Purchase Orders. Any waivers from this policy must be in writing
from the President. Return shipping is at customer expense.
DAMAGES
AND CLAIMS
If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all shipping
containers and packing for inspection. The carrier is responsible for concealed damage.
We insure shipments
at full value unless customer states in writing a lesser amount. All shipping damage claims
must be initiated by purchaser.
SHIPPING
Continental USA: All terms are F.O.B. Omaha. We do not assume responsibility for shipping costs. Surplus Sales charges a minimum of $7.00 shipping and handling for the first pound if sent by UPS Ground and a minimum of $5.50 for the first pound if sent by U.S. Priority Mail. If overpayment is made, a refund will be issued. If too little is allowed for shipping ,
you will be contacted by phone, e-mail or mail and asked to send the difference. For accurate shipping costs,
you may call and have your order weighed.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day UPS Air are
available. Alternate carriers such as DHL or US
Mail could be considered.
International Customers: Global Express Mail, Express Mail, Priority Mail, First Class Mail (no insurance if order totals less than $20.00 USD), UPS Express, UPS Express Saver and DHL may be used. Please contact us for accurate shipping costs if you are sending payment in advance. Be sure to give complete mailing instructions including address, country, telephone number and details
you wish considered for customs.
For example, you may want a declaration "For Amateur Radio Use" or a telephone
number on the outside of the package. Please give us as many details as possible so that
we can expedite your
order. E-Mail and Fax orders are welcome and encouraged. Our dedicated machine is monitoring

SALES TAX
Nebraska residents please include state and local taxes. If order is for resale, please include your

use or misuse. New equipment is warranted by it's manufacturer and warranty claims are
handled directly through them.

save you money and we have those hard-to-find parts on hand! Many customers have our older
catalogs on hand, and even though we don't encourage it, they place orders from them without
checking on availability

HOLD those items from your order, send what we can, and await written approval before forwarding
those items with
higher prices. Many items from our regular stock are promoted with sale prices from time
to time in magazine advertising. If you place an order for any sale item, be sure the advertisement
is current,
and be sure you ask for the special advertised price and reference the magazine. Surplus
